Clinical Nurse Outpatients Mount Barker Salary : RN Level 2 $109,599 - $115,682 pro rata (plus 12% superannuation). Work Type: Permanent Part Time. Position No.: 00005429. This position is a permanent parttime appointment for 42 hours per fortnight, providing safe and highquality patientfocused care for clients including the aged, disabled and palliative using evidencebased care. Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will be a leader and resource for all clinical staff, providing guidance on complex care management and discharge planning. You will promote communication with clients, families and significant others while delivering appropriate client and family education in home and hospital settings, and plan and facilitate nursing activities in collaboration with the clinical team. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidencebased nursing care within outpatients and community care, incorporating quality and risk management. Welldeveloped interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including team leadership, effective teamwork and strong clinical escalation communication skills. Computing skills to navigate patient information entry into Health Information Systems, online policy access, internal communication and online learning resources. Eligible for and/or in possession of a current Category C or Category CA drivers licence.
