About Us Stay Yeppoon Rosslyn Bay Resort will form part of Stay Yeppoon, a wellestablished and growing accommodation group operating four hotel and apartment properties across the Yeppoon region. Our broader team provides extensive operational, financial, and strategic support, ensuring onsite managers are never isolated and always backed by experienced professionals. About the Role As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daytoday front office operations while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and wellpresented environment for guests, residents, and staff. This is a handson role suited to someone who enjoys leadership, problemsolving, and building strong relationships. You will live onsite and assist with afterhours enquiries (5:00pm8:30am), with systems and support in place to ensure this is manageable and well structured. The expected start date for this position is within one month. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams Working reception and front office as required Managing and ordering linen and cleaning supplies Rostering, recruitment, and training of front office staff Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally Responding to afterhours enquiries (5:00pm8:30am) About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 12 months'' experience in an administration or front office role High standards of grooming and presentation Strong organisational and timemanagement skills Excellent attention to detail A positive, proactive, and servicefocused attitude The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment Previous experience with REI Master is preferred but not essential Confidence in managing and leading a small team What We Offer In return, the successful applicant will receive: 3bedroom, 2bathroom onsite apartment (furnished or unfurnished) Car parking and Internet Strong headoffice and regional support Ongoing training and guidance within a growing hospitality group This role is flexible and can be turned into an onsite couple role if required.
