About the Role Permanent Parttime, 48Hours Per Fortnight From Jan2026, the Paediatric Physiotherapist will be based at Wonthaggi & Cowes sites. Mandatory Requirements Entitlement to work in Australia Valid Police Check within 12 months of issue date Valid Working with Children Check Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Seasonal influenza vaccination as required by health authorities Understanding of early childhood development and behaviour Experience working with children in an MDT in hospital or specialist school setting Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) membership or eligibility for membership Additional relevant postgraduate education/qualifications or progression toward these High level written and verbal communication skills (including conflict resolution and negotiation) Ability to work as part of a team and model interdisciplinary practice Ability to teach staff at all levels and across services, as well as members of the wider community Leadership skills Skills in innovation, service development and evaluation High level organisational skills Understanding of health structures Dynamic and innovative problemsolving skills Desirable Experience with ortho paediatric rehabilitation Experience screening for Cerebral Palsy and complex genetic syndromes Completion of the Advanced Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy neonates and infants course Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics Experience with NDIS submission paperwork How to Apply Submit your application via Seek including a current resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability.
