We are proud to be assisting Programmed to recruit to the position of Project Supervisor.This is a targeted position and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to applyAbout the RoleBased in Mildura, NSWProgrammed is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee refurbishment works under the clients Housing Program. This role involves significant travel across regional NSW, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.You will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet timelines and client expectations.This is a 2-year full-time contract position with the possibility of extension for up to 2 years.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations across multiple regional locations.Ensure compliance with WHS standards and Programmeds Zero Harm principles.Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against schedules.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Liaise with the client, tenants and community representatives to maintain positive relationships.Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and issues.Support workforce participation initiatives and cultural engagement requirements.About YouYou will meet the following Essential CriteriaTertiary qualifications such as project management or similar, trade qualifications or relevant experience in construction/refurbishment supervision.Proven track record in management of all aspects of maintenance or building works or housing refurbishment works.Strong understanding of WHS and quality assurance processes.Ability to manage multiple sites and travel extensively across regional NSW.Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on meeting timelines and client satisfaction.Experience working with Aboriginal communities is highly regarded.You will also needA current driver''s licence valid in the state of NSWWillingness to travel around NSWA valid National Police Check (less than six months old)How to ApplyPlease upload your current resume and a cover letter addressing the essential criteria stated that demonstrates how you meet the role requirements.
