About the Role We are currently looking for a skilled Territory Manager to join our team based in Perth to partner with our valued Clients in the DIY (Hardware Retail) segment to help drive sales and business growth of their products in a highly competitive market. You will be a strategic and operationally minded professional, responsible for field operations within WA calling on Bunnings & Independent retailers, whilst also managing a team of merchandisers. Key Functions of the Role Lead and manage a team of merchandisers servicing Bunnings and independent Hardware outlets Ensuring your team are motivated and engaged via effective communication and regular feedback. Awareness of the current major retailer environment Implement the agreed customer plan through field operations Project management and attention to detail Efficient communication with all levels of stakeholders Ensure territory call rates meet targets. Key Selection Criteria Retail / Sales / Territory Management experience Evidence of managing projects, sales budgets and strategic planning Experience in Territory / Store based profitability management Customer relationship management Excellent communication skills Strong people management and coaching abilities Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business, as well as the ability to strategi #J-18808-Ljbffr
