About the role & where youll be working: Margaret Hubery House is a residential aged care facility located in the riverside neighbourhood of Rossmoyne, providing highquality care to 65 residents. We are committed to enhancing the lives of those we support through exceptional 24/7 care, meaningful choice, and an environment that is warm, compassionate and truly feels like home. We are seeking a leader who will ensure the effective and compliant delivery of person centered services, fostering a safe and supportive environment where residents receive the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate will confidently lead a multidisciplinary team including Carers, Nurses, Allied Health and Hospitality staff, and will be dedicated to coaching, performance management, staff development and optimising workforce planning. Well also be asking you to: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations & safety standards Monitor & manage effective use of resources, and work within operational budgets Develop, implement & maintain policies, procedures & systems Coordinate completion of funding tool documentation Identify & manage risks. Ensure accreditation standards are met & maintained Participate in recruitment & selection of staff About You You may be an experienced Care or Facility Manager, or a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience looking to step into a leadership role. You bring solid business acumen, strong people management capability, and a clear understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like. You are confident in your ability to influence, negotiate and resolve challenges effectively, and you thrive in environments where you can lead, support and develop highperforming teams. To be considered for this role, youll need: Current AHPRA registration Registered Nursing An in depth understanding of aged care standards & regulations Financial & budgeting skills A genuine desire to develop & lead high performing teams Well-developed communication & interpersonal skills Compassion, patience and resilience A recognised qualification in Infection Control or willingness to complete one How to Apply To express your interest, please apply with an up to date resume, and a cover letter outlining your experience / suitability.
