Warrnambool City Council Warrnambool VIC. AquaZone is Warrnambools major indoor community aquatic and leisure facility offering a swim school with lessons seven days per week, a wide range of fitness classes, and two lap pools with two childrens pools. As Customer Service Team Leader you will administer the centres membership database software, provide feedback and advice to the Service Manager and area coordinators, and lead a highperforming customer service team in a fastpaced, largescale environment. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the customer service team. Work within, and develop highperforming teams at AquaZone. Adapt to flexible work hours, including weekdays and weekends as per a rostering arrangement. Benefits Temporary fulltime position until 5 February 2027. Salary range: $70,937 $74,528 per annum (prorata), plus superannuation. Ongoing training and development. Discount to Councilowned facilities. Paid parental leave. Employee Assistance Program.
