What Youll Be Doing Providing tailored emotional and spiritual support Supporting individuals through grief, illness, and endoflife experiences Helping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfort Planning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groups Sharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentation Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing Schedule: 32hrs fortnight, any day Monday to Friday, 9am5pm Requirements Minimum 1 Unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) or equivalent Experience in aged care pastoral/spiritual care Understanding of personcentred care principles Compassionate and reflective listener with strong interpersonal skills Experience supporting volunteers in a care setting (Desirable) Qualification in training and education (Desirable) Benefits Salary Packaging ($15,900), plus meal and entertainment benefit package to the value of $2,650 HeartHQ our Southern Cross Care (NSW &ACT) People Platform, packed with exclusive retail discounts, and features designed to help you celebrate, connect and succeed Fitness Passport Discounted workplace health and fitness program available to you and your family.
