About You To be successful, you will need to meet the following selection criteria: Current registration with AHPRA Minimum 2 years clinical experience in an acute Mental Health setting Evidence of ability to identify clinically appropriate interventions and implement evidence-based practice into service development Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, service providers, external agencies, patients, families and caregivers Demonstrated ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice Well-developed skills in preparing written reports and NDIS applications Experience in facilitating psychoeducation groups and coordinating a group therapy program Completion or progress towards a relevant postgraduate qualification.
