About the Role As a Business Development Officer, you will be the link between our apprentices and the businesses that host them. Grow and maintain strong relationships with Host Employers Identify new placement opportunities for apprentices and trainees Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful job matching Represent ECA at events and business forums Stay ahead of industry needs to advise and support workforce planning This is a field-based role with a high level of autonomy, ideal for someone confident, driven and people-focused. What Youll Bring Proven experience in business development, account management or sales Solid understanding of the vocational education and training (VET) sector Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Current drivers licence, Blue Card & Construction White Card (or ability to obtain) Whats In It for You?
