Starting in the new year, we are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with strong experience in fast paced food and beverage operations to step into the role of Operations Manager for our WA stores. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining guest service standards along with all aspects of operations within your region including people management, financial results, sales and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Team development, and training Performance management and improvement systems Assist in establishing KPI metrics for new and existing stores by carefully analysing rosters, par levels, movements and people guides Meet and exceed restaurant financial objectives by forecasting business demands, maintaining labour costs, food and wastage expenses and beverage costs Provide recommendations regarding cash strategies and cost control measures To be successful in the role you will have Prior multi-site experience in the hospitality or QSR space is essential Proven influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L and budgets Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPI''s and maximising profit Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong interpersonal & coaching skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced & demanding environment Role Requirements Food Safety Certificate First Aid Certificate RSA Certificate About You You will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within a fast moving and positive environment.
