National Integrated Marketing Manager Australian Catholic University Location Canberra, Australia | North Sydney, Australia | Brisbane, Australia | Melbourne, Australia About the Role Operating within Future Students, the National Integrated Marketing Manager leads the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing programs targeting domestic undergraduate and postgraduate student segments. The role directly oversees the coordination, planning and delivery of undergraduate marketing initiatives, manages the Integrated Marketing Manager (Postgraduate) and the Future Students Project Coordinator, and embeds customer insights, motivations and behaviours into all marketing, promotional and communication activities. This position drives improvements in student recruitment from web presence and data insights to application nurturing and conversion, and liaises with key stakeholders including the Office of the Provost, Education Pathways, Admissions and faculty units. Key Responsibilities Drive integrated marketing strategies that shape our brand and national student recruitment. Lead a collaborative team of professionals making a meaningful impact on ACU. Coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives for domestic undergraduate cohorts. Manage the Integrated Marketing Manager (Postgraduate) and the Future Students Project Coordinator. Embed customer insights, motivations and behaviours into all marketing, promotional and communication activities. Drive improvements in student recruitment, from web presence and data insights to application nurturing and conversion. Liaise with key stakeholders including the Office of the Provost, Education Pathways, Admissions, and faculties. Competitive total remuneration valued to $160,162 $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixedterm staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks'' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
