Working within a service dedicated to reducing the mortality and morbidity associated with breast cancer in women aged 50 to 74, you will contribute to a welcoming, efficient and compassionate client experience across BSSAs screening clinics and metro mobile unit. Your attention to detail, professionalism and ability to work sensitively with clients will help ensure every interaction reflects the values and purpose of this vital statewide service. In this client-facing role, you will provide accurate data entry, reception duties and administrative support, using established IT systems to process information within agreed service standards while maintaining strict confidentiality. You will collaborate closely with Radiographer staff to deliver seamless customer service, assist with queries and complaints, and elevate issues to the Team Leader when needed. You will also support quality assurance activities by contributing to monitoring and reporting processes, helping to maintain the high standards required for an effective and trusted screening program. About You You will be an organised, reliable and clientfocused administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment where professionalism, accuracy and service excellence are essential. You bring strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and the confidence to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
