The Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished and service-driven Administration Manager to lead the hospitals administration function from opening and beyond. This is a key leadership role, instrumental in shaping the hospitals culture, systems, and patient experience from day one.Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead, develop, and inspire the administration team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the hospitals commitment to excellence, professionalism, and compassion.This full-time role offers the rare opportunity to build and embed best-practice administrative operations within a brand-new private hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to the administration team Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence Champion an outstanding patient experience across all administrative touchpoints Foster a high-performance, patient-centred service culture Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and ongoing development of administrative staff Implement and maintain robust office systems, procedures, and workflows Partner with hospital leadership to support organisational objectives and service standards About You You are a confident, empathetic leader with a passion for service excellence and a proven ability to build high-performing teams. You thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments and bring a calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
