About the Role You will be responsible for providing evidencebased clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced senior clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability. Key Duties and Responsibilities Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidencebased practice. Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement. Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers. Ensure clear customer documentation. Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team. Actively participate in staff supervision process. Be solutionfocused, honest and responsive to new directions and programme requirements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check Salary and Benefits Salary: $86,911 (including super and annual leave loading).
