Work with people who connect, collaborate, and make an impact together Real career pathways and leadership development Work with leading global brands like John Deere We celebrate wins, support each other, and build careers that matter What Youll Be Doing Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners Attend daily Service meetings & liaise with stakeholders on department performance and action items Accounts Support: Assist with debtor and creditor management, including reconciliations and invoice processing Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Process retail, internal and warranty work orders Front Desk Excellence: Answer calls professionally, greet visitors warmly, and provide accurate information Reception Area Management: Keep the space tidy and ensure marketing materials are up to date Daily Banking & Cash Handling: Reconcile payments, manage petty cash, and deposit funds regularly General Administration: Handle mail, filing, archiving, and provide coverage for other admin roles when needed Team & Event Coordination: Organise catering, stationery orders, and branch milestone celebrations What Were Looking For Strong Customer Service: Friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills Organisational & Time Management: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Attention to Detail: Accurate handling of financial transactions and documentation TechSavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with systems and processes ProblemSolving & Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to resolve issues promptly Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results Who is RDO?
