Job Description

Role: Administration Contract: Temporary (on-going) Pay: 12.21/ph, weekly pay Hours: 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (initial training for 2 weeks you work 5am to 2pm) JDR are currently working with a national logistics company who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator for their Swansea site who will resolve customer queries through effective communication to meet deadlines. Duties Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner. both over the phone and through email Processing, releasing and monitoring customer orders across various systems Communicating with internal and external stakeholders Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous Great communication skills both written and verbal Excellent IT skills experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable) Interest?
