An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Supervisor Mechanical at our Linley Valley Pork site in Wundowie. This role is open to existing employees who are looking to further their career within the company. Our Values FAMILY: Family values are at the heart of who we are INTEGRITY: We always try to do whats right COLLABORATION: We are one team CURIOUSITY: Were open minded and want to learn Key Responsibilities Setting and maintaining high standards of Safety and Workmanship Encourage the team to look for and discuss CI opportunities Drive PMs and reporting in MEX Afterhours maintenance planning Ensure work instructions are followed JSA and Work Permits are issued where necessary Process MEX requests/generate and allocate Work Orders and close out WO Schedule Weekend Maintenance Generate and allocate Work Orders/Check and close out WO for contractors and LVP staff. Issue JSA and Work Permits Run toolbox meetings as required Meet KPIs set and agreed upon with the Engineering Manager. Assist with day-to-day maintenance as required. Mentor and train maintenance team members as needed. Comply with Health and Safety. About you Trade Certification Excellent safety record Sound understanding of Lock out Tag out system. Excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge of SEW drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, fabrication, and food processing.
