Youll rotate through key areas of our manufacturing operations, gaining real exposure to how a successful Australian business operates from end to end. About the Program Our Graduate Program provides a structured and practical introduction to Heka Hoods. During the program, you will: Take part in daytoday operations across multiple teams Build strong working relationships across the business Contribute to real work, projects and outcomes Learn how different functions work together to deliver highquality products Gain clarity around where your strengths and interests are best suited Be well positioned for a permanent role within Heka Hoods What Youll Do Throughout your rotations, you will have the opportunity to: Work across different teams while learning core Heka Hoods processes Understand how the business operates from design through to manufacture and delivery Take responsibility for meaningful tasks rather than simply observing Develop professional skills including communication, time management and teamwork Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives Work in an environment where consistency, quality and reliability matter Who Were Looking For You dont need to know exactly what role you want yet thats the purpose of this program.
