We are currently looking for multiple School Crossing Supervisors across Melton City Council As a School Crossing Supervisor your key role will be to help children, parents, and community members safely across the road, teach them how to use a crossing safely and provide a courteous service to pedestrians. Hours of work will be rostered at the start or end of school days. Duties will include but are not limited to : Assisting children, families, and pedestrians to safely cross at children''s crossings and traffic lights Report all incidents, accidents, near misses and potential risks Maintain a high level of awareness and professionalism. The role of School Crossing Supervisor is held in very high esteem in our communities. Successful candidates will have : Currently hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Childrens Check & Clear Police check Driver''s Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (ideal, but not a necessity) Availability Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 9.00am and 2.30pm to 4.00pm.
