Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in managing crews? The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is looking for a Supervisor Reserves to join our dynamic Operations team and show the pride we have in the community?As the Supervisor Reserves, you will play a key role in the maintenance, operation, and management of our Arbor Assets, Verge and Open Areas, along with presenting our CBDs in a clean healthy condition. Youll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating events, managing staff, and ensuring the City is presented for all our community.DutiesKey responsibilities include:CBD Presentation Management: Oversee the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of Street sweeping, Graffiti removal and litter control.Urban Verge and Open Area Management: Oversee weed control, Open area Mowing and Slashing.Arbor Management: Support the planning and execution of All Arbor assets including Tree Pruning, Planting and Watering.
