About You You will have experience in facilities or maintenance management (school or similar environment desirable). Have a strong knowledge of OHS requirements and safe work practices. Have experience supervising staff and coordinating contractors. An ability to foster effective relationships with students, staff, parents and the St. Marys Parish community. Have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff. Have strong organizational skills, initiative, problem solving skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
