You will design and deliver face-to-face, online, and blended learning experiences that support student success, while ensuring compliance with ASQA and VET Quality Framework requirements. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students learning journeys, collaborate with industry partners, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic educational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver interactive and compliant training and assessment across various delivery modes.Develop and maintain engaging, industry-relevant learning resources.Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer academic support.Ensure compliance with ASQA, VET Quality Framework, and Stanley College policies.Participate in validation, moderation, audits, and quality assurance activities.Collaborate with industry partners to maintain current and practical training content.Promote student engagement, inclusivity, and a positive learning environment.Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development initiatives.About YouHold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.Possess relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience aligned with the courses being delivered (Certificate II, III, and IV levels).Be capable of delivering and supporting training and assessment across multiple qualification levels.Be ready to take the lead for Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Kitchen stream) in Term 3, overseeing training delivery, ordering, and assessment review to ensure smooth program operations.Demonstrate a strong understanding of VET compliance, ASQA standards, and industry engagement requirements.Exhibit excellent time management, teamwork, and digital literacy skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners in both face-to-face and online settings.Why Join Us?At Stanley College, we pride ourselves on our multicultural learning environment and commitment to excellence in education.
