We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Night Audit Supervisor to join our front office team at the Gateway Inn. As the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their stay. Youll deliver warm, professional service while ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the hotel overnight. As our front desk operates 24 hours a day, this role requires flexibility to work afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday periods. Rostered hours will typically fall between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Key Responsibilities Guest checkins and checkouts Managing online bookings Completing nightly audit and administrative tasks Responding to guest enquiries and requests General cleaning and presentation of front office areas Monitoring hotel security and safety overnight About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A mature, reliable, and professional approach to work Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently and confidently without onsite management Previous experience in a customer servicefocused role Sound computer literacy and attention to detail A proactive, calm, and solutionfocused mindset Previous night audit or front office experience (highly regarded, but not essential) Certifications required: RSA As part of our recruitment process youll complete standard probity checks including a righttowork verification, reference checks, and a Criminal History Check all facilitated and funded by The Wests Group.
