We work on all sorts of jobs such as handyman, maintenance, building decks, pergolas, selling and installing pools, and many more so much variety, theres no boring days! Business has really taken off, so we are looking for an Experienced Estimator to help strengthen our team and achieve our company goals. Benefits Strong remuneration package: base salary of $80-90k plus super Personal development opportunities Work car, phone, and laptop A paid day off for your birthday Beers, barbeques and lots of fun social events Earlier knockoff on Fridays Responsibilities Responsible for quoting, including accurate measurements and materials estimations & ordering Ensure timely delivery of finished quotes Drawing plans as needed for certifiers and staff to work off Liaising with suppliers and customers High conversion rate for quotes accepted Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and job costing Maintaining gross profit margins and job costing per job Handover jobs to management / team to complete Constantly hit targets or exceed them Qualifications & Expectations Minimum 1 years experience in Estimating in the building / construction industry Strong sales experience, minimum 1 year in Building & Construction Organised with an eye for detail Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet A gun at achieving targets and staying in budget Be good with numbers and drawing designs Must be looking for a long-term career If you didnt tick all the boxes, dont stress apply anyway!
