Young Regional Conservatoriumis a not-for-profit, community based organisation delivering music education programs to Young and surrounding districts. Founded in , YRC is recognised as the leading provider of music activities in the region, offering lessons in schools and studio settings.Office AdministratorThis permanent position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Finance Officer. Our new office administrator will be highly efficient and personable, and will be able to deal with a variety of tasks and situations as they arise in the course of the day-to-day running of the conservatorium.The purpose of this position is to manage the administrative function, to drive and implement office processes efficiently and to provide excellent customer service.Day-to-day running of the YRC office, with tasks including internal and external phone and email communications; scheduling of lessons; invoicing and collection of fees.Working closely with the CEO and tutors in the management of current and future students, staff timetabling and student scheduling.Assisting with the management of events.Assisting with customer relations matters pertaining to YRC. This includes responding to and managing customer enquiries and complaints; maintaining open communication channels and driving a positive image of YRC.Management of billing, receipting and collection of student fees.Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time, accurately with an attention to detail, particularly as relating to student information and database entries.Selection CriteriaRelevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in office administration or management with a minimum 2 years'' experience in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.Demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative, organise resources and meet deadlines.Demonstrated competency in computer skills including Office suite and Database platforms.Effective oral and written communication skills.Current Working with Children''s Check or willingness to obtain.Interest in music and music education.Experience and skills in marketing.Enquiries and applications should be submitted via Seek, or addressed to Dr Wendy Brooks (CEO) at or PO Box 566 Young NSW.Applications must include a cover letter, current resume, and statement addressing the selection criteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
