Key Requirements Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator working on projects $30M+ Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred. Must have experience working for a main contractor on commercial building projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Australian Working Rights.
