This is an exciting opportunity to join BrownWigg'' as a Store Manager, responsible for driving the success of one of our retail locations in Warragul, VIC. As our Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, from inventory management to team leadership, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time they visit. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. What you''ll be doing Manage all daily store operations. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure stellar customer service. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the overall management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the business. Ensure the store''s visual merchandising and product presentation meet company standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. The successful applicant''s Key Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the agricultural or related retail industry. Proven experience in sales; including meeting set targets, building and maintaining solid relationships with customers and other stakeholders and sound negotiation skills. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach. Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency. Ability to effectively represent the company with a positive outlook, a desire for personal growth and pride in personal presentation.
