About the role: Join our Ballan Health & Care Hub, located in a Modified Monash Model (MMM) Category 5 area, where youll provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive, community-focused rural setting. Co-located with our Residential Aged Care Facility, this role offers a unique blend of general practice and continuity of care for aged care residents. Youll work with a dedicated team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, with structured internal and external supervision availableideal for IMGs or doctors working toward Fellowship. Enjoy a full patient load from day one, strong earning potential through a 100% Bulk billing model, and dedicated support from a Practice Manager, Registered Nurses, and reception staff. This is a three-year contract position, with engagement under an ABN. What you bring: VR GP with AHPRA registration (no conditions), or NonVR GP nearing fellowship completion (RACGP or ACRRM). Availability: Minimum 23 weekdays + Saturday morning (1 in every 4 weeks). Wellrounded clinical skills and experience working with patients across all age groups. An interest in or experience with Aged Care is warmly welcomed. A strong focus on patientcentred care, supported by clear and compassionate communication. Comfortable with technology and familiar with electronic medical records and clinical software. A teamoriented approach, with a willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting.
