We are a familyowned business operating a number of farms throughout NSW and are looking for a handson Farm Manager to join our team based at Warren, where rowcrop irrigation and dryland broadacre cropping are the primary operations. Responsibilities Coordinate the farm team to carry out daily operations, including irrigation and the use of modern John Deere tractors and equipment. Maintain and optimise fleet equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with the management and agronomy support network to plan and execute crop and irrigation schedules. Qualifications Experienced farm supervisor or manager with a strong organisational and selfmotivated approach. Prior experience with rowcrop equipment and irrigated cotton is highly regarded.
