Junior Receptionist Full-time | Permanent | Perth CBD (Adelaide Terrace) | Commencing January 2026 Forbes Kirby is a boutique, multi-disciplinary legal practice based on Adelaide Terrace in the Perth CBD, with a strong focus on commercial litigation and a commitment to developing our people. As we continue to grow, were looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our frontofhouse team and help create a warm, professional and wellorganised first impression for everyone who visits or contacts the firm. About the Role Answering incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages Greeting clients, visitors and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner Coordinating couriers and managing incoming deliveries Preparing refreshments for clients Managing all incoming and outgoing mail Keeping reception and the staff kitchen neat, clean and presentable (including dishes) Running simple errands within the CBD, such as dropping documents to court or collecting dry cleaning Assisting with basic administrative tasks to support the legal practice Supporting the planning and delivery of internal and client events (e.g., coordinating catering, setting up rooms, and general logistics) Youll receive onthejob training and ongoing support from an experienced and approachable team. About You A friendly, confident manner on the phone and in person A willingness to learn, take feedback and ask questions when unsure Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly A proactive, can do attitude and reliability with daytoday tasks Professional presentation and clear communication skills Any prior experience in reception, administration, retail or hospitality will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
