Currently, we are looking for - EXPERIENCED and RESILIENT Support Workers toSupport our NDIS participant in the residential house. Based on the needs of our NDISparticipants, we need support workers with great Positive Attitudes and Excellent andClear English Speaking and Writing skills. EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING COMPLEX BEHAVIOURS - WE HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ALL OVER ADELAIDE. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and act as a positive role model for staff at all times. Lead each shift effectively, ensuring all support provided aligns with participants individual care plans and goals. Demonstrate strong experience in managing complex behaviours and responding to challenging situations in a calm, rational, and professional manner. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with participants, families, and team members. Write high-quality, accurate Incident Reports and Daily Progress Notes. Uphold accurate, factual record-keeping requirements, including monitoring and reporting participant progress toward personal goals. Support safe, person-centred practices that promote independence, choice, and community participation. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, quality service delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
