This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who is passionate about food quality, menu development, and coaching chefs to achieve their best. With a focus on improving consistency, driving standards, and supporting a team of 35 chefs, this is a rewarding opportunity for a Head Chef who thrives in a highvolume, fastpaced environment. Supported by a Sous Chef in each outlet, the culinary team is known for its diversity, energy, and commitment to delivering memorable food experiences. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, the Head Chef will be responsible for developing menus, overseeing costings, and supporting the smooth operation of each outlet''s kitchen. The successful candidate will be handson when required, particularly during highvolume events, and play a key role in training, coaching, and uplifting the broader culinary team.
