Multiple Chef Roles - Full Time/Part Time/Casual The Octopus Hospitality Group Pty Ltd Redcliffe QLD The Octopus Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking passionate and experienced Chefs to join our dynamic team in Redcliffe, Queensland. We are hiring for multiple full-time, part-time and casual positions to help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. As part of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in crafting delicious, high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to modern Italian cuisine. What you''ll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards Collaborating with the General Manager to develop new menu items and dining events Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food safety Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the kitchen team Working closely with the front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience What we''re looking for Significant experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment Qualifications such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent would be highly regarded What we offer At The Octopus Hospitality Group, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team.
