Job Overview Fulltime position Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Onthejob training will be provided, but prior administration and reception experience is advantageous. Responsibilities Answering the phone, taking messages and transferring calls Basic data entry using Excel spreadsheets Filing, archiving and sorting paperwork and mail Running errands for business and personal shopping on behalf of management Banking duties and general office support Qualifications Reliable transport and the right to work in Australia Good customer service and communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner Basic computer skills and attention to detail Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus Compensation Wages will depend on experience.
