BCH is the not-for-profit health care provider with close links to our community operating from six sites in Drysdale (two sites), Ocean Grove (two sites), Point Lonsdale and Portarlington and in community settings across the Bellarine. BCH delivers a broad scope of health services and wellbeing programs for all people in our diverse communities. About the role The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service at front reception by greeting clients and customers to Bellarine Community Health, answering telephone calls, making and rescheduling appointments, working alongside and collaborating with staff from other departments, completing end-of-day banking and other administrative tasks to support the daily running of the reception area. We would like to hear from you, if you have... Experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with healthcare systems within the healthcare industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a team and sole position environment. Strong time management skills, including the management of competing priorities.
