HPS Darwin is located inside Darwin Private Hospital in Tiwi NT, the hospital provides a comprehensive range of acute medical, surgical, rehabilitation and oncology related services. Key Responsibilities Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care. Provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. About You Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Pharmacists with community experience or newly registered pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply, as our roles are a great pathway to transition into hospital-based pharmacy as training will be provided.
