POSITION : RETAIL SUPERVISOR Salary : $65,000 to $75,000 per year Location : Darwin NT Job type : Full time About the Role : As a Retail Supervisor at Juice Notch Pty Ltd T / A Medee Juice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our juice outlet. You will be responsible for supervising and leading the team, maintaining optimal inventory levels, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of Medee Juice. Job Responsibilities : Supervise and lead the retail team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure staff are well-informed and motivated. Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary. Oversee the ordering and stocking of retail products, including fresh juices, smoothies, health beverages, and related items. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock situations. Optimize inventory levels and control costs. Set and achieve sales targets for the retail section. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. Stay informed about changes in food safety laws and regulations in the Northern Territory. Implement and monitor security measures to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment. Qualification and Experience : At least one year''s experience in a retail or food and beverage setting. Current food handling certificate is desirable. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of juice and health-related products.
