Youll be central to resolving discrepancies, managing high-volume transactions and supporting the integrity of financial processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Process 400500 invoices per month, matching to purchase orders and investigating discrepancies Ensure all payments are accurately coded, authorised and supported with correct documentation Process EFT, BPAY and foreign currency payments according to due dates Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and incoming mail on a rostered basis Assist with month-end processes, ensuring timely closure and rollover of Accounts Payable Action new supplier setups, reviewing supplier terms prior to creation Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve outstanding issues. Maintain an organised filing system for Accounts Payable documentation. Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly. Follow internal policies, procedures and best practices for AP functions. Support general administrative tasks as required. What were looking for Youre a meticulous, organised and proactive Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
