This primarily in-office role includes dedicated support for field tasks, so you can focus on your priorities delivering great service and building genuine client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a clean, well-organised portfolio with strong rental provider engagement Handle maintenance requests Prepare lease renewals, VCAT documentation, and attend hearings when required Building strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors Work closely with our Investment Property Consultant on client onboarding About You You''re a seasoned property manager who values professionalism, communication, and teamwork. You take pride in your work and enjoy supporting a strong client experience. To succeed in this role, you will have : Minimum 2-3 years'' experience in residential Property Management A current Agent''s Representative Certificate Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws and best practice procedures A current Australian''s Driver License Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure A positive, solutions-focused approach Confidence using modern CRM and inspection software Why Join Lara Real Estate?
