With continued growth and expansion, were seeking a hands on Supervisor / Coordinator to join our team. You''ll assume ownership of all works in the region from start to finish, combining your hands on delivery capability, customer service and leadership skills to ensure every job is delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality. With over 40 locations throughout Australia and growing each year, we currently have a newly created immediate vacancy for someone suitably experienced in Property / Contents Restoration, cleaning (including carpet) and remediation with general trade skills to manage and deliver remediation works for our clients in and around Darwin. This is a hands on role with great potential for career development as we continue to expand our service delivery capability. Key Functions Responding to customer enquiries, attending properties, inspecting works and damages, scoping restoration works. Performing general cleaning and restoration tasks, packing out and record keeping of inventory. Liaising with customers and clients, trouble shooting, problem solving and providing all required local area coordination. Managing, coordinating and leading staff as the business grows and on larger residential or commercial jobs. Coordinating with Regional Manager and providing reporting on progress and performance. Skills and experience Applicants will need experience in general restoration and remediation and ideally carpet cleaning. Knowledge of insurance practices and restoration beneficial. Trade knowledge or experience in Building & Construction. Formal IICRC training or certification highly regarded, however we will provide access to this if not currently held. Selfmotivated and energetic individual with an eye for detail. Competent in use of technology and software applications. WHS oriented and experienced. Physically fit. Excellent communication skills and process driven. Take pride in your work and being able to work autonomously or as part of a team. Exceptional customer service ability. Must have current driver''s licence and clean criminal record. Willingness and ability to travel as required.
