Description What you will be doing and delivering Reporting to a Crop Care Supervisor, you will support the management of up to 20 team members working in our Capsicum crops. As a Crop Care Leading Hand, you will be responsible for : Training and inducting new team members Undertake all Crop Care tasks to ensure target times can be achieved Conduct quality checks of the team Support the Supervisor in additional duties This role will suit someone who is passionate about coaching and developing others and takes pride in their work quality.
