Machinery OperatorTurf Production (FullTime) Do you enjoy working outdoors, operating specialised machinery, and seeing the results of a hard days work? Were looking for a reliable, motivated Machinery Operator to join our turf production team. This is a handson, physical role suited to someone who takes pride in doing a job well and isnt afraid of hard work. About the Role Youll work across our turf farm operating and maintaining a range of specialised machinery, including: Robomax automatic turf harvester Centre pivot irrigation systems Tractors and farm equipment Basic mechanical and maintenance tasks Monitoring turf quality and ensuring a smooth, efficient harvest Working independently across large field areas in all weather conditions What Were Looking For Were open to applicants with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Farming or machinery experience is preferred but not essential if youre keen, capable, and dependable. Youll need: A valid Australian drivers licence (manual preferred) Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Good communication skills Confidence using technology Full Australian working rights Ability to pass a preemployment medical and perform physical work Highly Regarded (but not required) Experience in farming, turf, cropping, or agricultural machinery HC/MC licence Experience with turf harvesters Qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Sports Turf Management Why Work With Us?
