We are currently seeking a skilled Casual Industrial Painter to join our team for an initial 34 month assignment, with the possibility of ongoing work.This role offers an immediate start, with remuneration negotiable depending on skills and experience.As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying a range of paints and coatings to ensure our products meet quality, durability, and safety standards. You will work closely with production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as requiredMix paints and coatings to achieve specified colours and finishesOperate spray guns and related equipment to apply coatings accuratelyInspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and specification standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work areaWork collaboratively with team members to meet production schedulesFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresRequirementsTrade qualification is a mustPrevious experience as an Industrial PainterStrong knowledge of industrial painting techniques, materials, and equipmentUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations in an industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret work orders and technical specificationsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Painter seeking short-term work with the potential for ongoing employment, offering competitive and negotiable remuneration for the right applicant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
