About the Position Provide outstanding customer service to our large animal, equine, and small animal clientsboth over the phone and in person. Manage appointments for vets and nurses, ensuring efficient scheduling for farm visits and in-clinic consults. Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate large animal emergencies and routine herd health work. Process invoices and payments accurately. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. About You Experience in a veterinary clinic is highly valued, particularly with large animal or mixed practice environments. Minimum 2 years in a customer service role. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex conversations with professionalism. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
