What Youll Be Doing: Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect wine, craft beer, or spirit, creating positive experiences that keep them coming back. Stock & Merchandising: Maintain well-stocked shelves and attractive, organised displays. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive and energetic team to create a great in-store atmosphere. Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times. Promotions & Tastings: Get involved in in-store promotions, tastings, and special events to help drive sales and engagement. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (liquor retail experience is highly regarded). A genuine interest in beer, wine, or spirits and a willingness to learn and share product knowledge. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
