In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a supportive team culture and help shape the future of medicine. What You''ll Be Doing Help with daily practice operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, billing and record-keeping. Be part of a high-performing team. Ensure adherence to policies to enhance the patient experience. Collaborate with the clinical team to drive improvements and innovation. Analyse practice data to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Represent the practice in external engagements with suppliers, regulatory bodies and stakeholders. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administration role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in practice management software and electronic medical records. A keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence. A collaborative approach with a commitment to patient-centred care.
