About the Role Working in a small team, the Human Resources Officer assists in delivering administrative and operational people practices that enhance the employee experience across our MAGNT sites. You will assist people leaders to implement effective people practices across the Employment Lifecycle, initially focusing on Payroll, People Analytics, Remuneration & Benefits and Worker Health & Safety. You may also be involved in additional employment life cycle components, such as Recruitment, when needed. This evolving role requires flexibility and a safe pair of hands who can deliver on daytoday people needs and who is keen to learn and contribute more as MAGNT grows and evolves. What we offer We are paying a market competitive base salary plus super, with free onsite staff parking. Located on beautiful Larrakia Country at Bullocky Point, our purposebuilt museum and art gallery has an onsite caf and gift shop, both offering staff discounts. Relocation expenses will be on offer if the preferred candidate is intrastate/interstate.
