OverviewFraser Earthworks & Co Pty Ltd Chevallum QLDFraser Earthworks & Co Pty Ltd is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Truck Drivers to join our civil construction team based in Chevallum, QLD. These are full-time positions supporting our operations across bulk earthworks, basement excavations, and material import/export projects.Within this intake, we are recruiting for the following two roles:HR Truck DriversTruck & Dog DriversBoth roles play a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment across our sites.Role 1: HR Truck DriverWhat Youll Be DoingSafely operate HR trucks on construction sites and public roadsDeliver soil, aggregates, and construction materials to and from job sitesComplete daily pre-start checks and routine vehicle maintenanceMaintain accurate driving and delivery recordsComply with all traffic laws, company policies, and site safety proceduresWork closely with site supervisors and project teamsWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 3 years experience driving HR vehicles in civil or construction environmentsCurrent HR Drivers LicenceStrong safety focus and clean driving recordPhysically fit and reliableGood communication and teamwork skillsRole 2: Truck & Dog DriverWhat Youll Be DoingOperate Truck & Dog combinations across civil construction sitesPerform bulk material haulage, including import/export worksConduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checksFollow site-specific traffic management and safety plansCoordinate with machine operators and site supervisorsWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 3 years experience operating Truck & Dog combinationsCurrent HR Licence (HC advantageous but not essential)Proven experience in bulk earthworks and civil projectsStrong awareness of load restraint and tipping proceduresReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedWhat We OfferCompetitive remunerationOngoing training and developmentStable, full-time employmentSupportive team environmentAbout UsFraser Earthworks & Co Pty Ltd is a well-established civil construction company with over 20 years of industry experience delivering projects throughout Queensland.
