About the Role We''re looking for a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide non-clinical therapeutic support to individuals, families and groups experiencing social, emotional and/or financial challenges. This is a permanent Full Time role based in Caboolture. Key Responsibilities Conducting intake assessments, including risk and safety planning Developing and delivering family support plans and referrals Providing outreach services (e.g. school or home visits) Supporting individuals and families to develop life skills and strengthen relationships Liaising with child protection, youth justice and community agencies Maintaining accurate records, case notes and reports Required Credentials & Experience Certificate IV or Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Community Services or equivalent Current National Police Check Valid QLD Blue Card (Working with Children) Current Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle Strong communication, assessment and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client databases Join a respected Not For Profit and make a real impact in your role to assist Queenslanders in need.
